شرح شغل:

• برنامه‌ریزی و زمان‌بندی پروژه‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای پریماورا و MS Project.
• نظارت و تحلیل پیشرفت پروژه‌ها و ارائه گزارش‌های دقیق به مدیران ارشد.
• مدیریت ریسک‌ها و پیشنهاد راه‌حل‌های مناسب برای تسهیل در اجرای به‌موقع پروژه‌ها.
• همکاری با دیگر اعضای تیم پروژه برای هماهنگی و اجرای استراتژی‌های کنترل پروژه.
• توسعه و نگهداری از برنامه‌های پروژه به‌منظور حمایت از اهداف سازمان.
• ارزیابی و مدیریت منابع برای اطمینان از استفاده بهینه از منابع موجود.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی و بالاتر در رشته مهندسی صنایع.
• تجربه کاری مرتبط در مدیریت و کنترل پروژه‌های بزرگ.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی و تحلیلی قوی برای همکاری مؤثر با تیم‌ها و ذی‌نفعان.

A reputable engineering company in the field of oil and gas and petrochemicals needs a project control expert who is proficient in activities related to planning, scheduling and management and supervision of oil, gas and petrochemical production industry projects in its engineering office in Shiraz. This role requires close cooperation with project teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling projects using software Primavera and MS Project
- monitoring and analyzing the progress of projects and providing detailed reports to senior managers
- managing risks and proposing appropriate solutions to facilitate the timely implementation of projects
- collaborating with others Project team members to coordinate and implement project control strategies
- Develop and maintain project plans to support organization goals
- Assess and manage resources to ensure optimal use of available resources

Competencies:
- Bachelor degree or higher in industrial engineering
- Ability to work with Primavera software, MS Project and Office suite
- Related work experience in managing and controlling large projects
- Skills Strong communication and analytical skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
