مسئولیت‌ها:

• برقراری ارتباطات مؤثر و تعامل با مشتریان به منظور شناسایی نیازها و اهداف آن‌ها.
• ارائه محصولات و خدمات سازمان به مشتریان به صورت حرفه‌ای.
• تحلیل و شناسایی شخصیت مشتری برای بهبود تعاملات.
• استفاده بهینه از زبان بدن و لحن صدا در تمامی مکالمات.
• طرح سوالات جذاب و کاربردی برای جذب و نگهداشت مشتری.
• ارائه مشاوره به مشتریان جهت انتخاب بهتر محصولات و خدمات.
• به نتیجه رساندن فرآیند فروش با توجه به اهداف تعیین شده.

شرایط احراز:

• مهارت خوب گوش کردن و ارائه محصول.
• آشنایی با مباحث اهداف فروش و شناخت مشتری هدف.
• توانایی پاسخ به نیازهای مشتری به صورت کارآمد.
• آشنایی با تکنیک‌های پرسش از مشتری و مشاوره‌دهی.
