شرح شغل:

• نظارت و نگهداری از سیستم‌های تبرید و هوای فشرده.
• کنترل و بهینه‌سازی سیستم‌های آب گرم و تصفیه آب و فاضلاب.
• اجرای برنامه‌های نگهداری پیشگیرانه برای جلوگیری از خرابی و نقص در سیستم‌ها.
• تشخیص و رفع مشکلات فنی سیستم‌های تاسیساتی به شکلی کارآمد.
• همکاری با تیم مهندسی برای اجرای پروژه‌های بهسازی و نوسازی.
• ثبت و گزارش‌دهی عملکرد تجهیزات و اقدامات نگهداری به مدیریت.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی مکانیک.
• آشنایی کامل با سیستم‌های تبرید، هوای فشرده، آب گرم و تصفیه آب و فاضلاب.
• تجربه در تاثیرگذاری و رفع عیوب در تجهیزات تاسیساتی.
• مهارت‌های حل مسئله و توانایی کار در شرایط چالش‌برانگیز.
• توانایی کار تیمی و ارتباط مؤثر.

Lefaf Zarin Industries is looking for a facility expert to join its team in Tehran. This role includes ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of various facility systems in the production and process environment. In this position, the person is responsible for fixing defects and improving the performance of equipment related to refrigeration, compressed air, hot water and water and wastewater treatment systems. - control and optimization of hot water and water and wastewater treatment systems
- implementation of preventive maintenance programs to prevent breakdowns and defects in systems
- detection and resolution of technical problems of systems facilities in an efficient way
- Cooperation with the engineering team to implement improvement and renovation projects
- Recording and reporting the performance of equipment and maintenance measures to the management

Competencies:
- Having an engineering degree Mechanic
- Full familiarity with refrigeration, compressed air, hot water and water and wastewater treatment systems
- Experience in influencing and fixing defects in utility equipment
- Problem solving skills and the ability to work in challenging conditions
- Team work ability and effective communication
