مدیر مالی | Financial Manager

وظایف اصلی:
برنامه‌ریزی و بودجه‌بندی:

• تهیه و تدوین بودجه سالیانه و برنامه‌ریزی مالی بلندمدت.
• نظارت بر تخصیص منابع مالی به پروژه‌ها و بخش‌های مختلف.

کنترل و نظارت مالی:

• بررسی و تأیید گزارش‌های مالی و حسابداری.
• اطمینان از صحت تراکنش‌های مالی و انطباق با مقررات مالیاتی و قانونی.
• کنترل جریان نقدینگی و مدیریت سرمایه در گردش.

تحلیل مالی:

• تحلیل گزارش‌های مالی برای شناسایی فرصت‌ها و تهدیدها.
• ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی به مدیریت ارشد برای تصمیم‌گیری‌های استراتژیک.

مدیریت سرمایه‌گذاری:

• بررسی و پیشنهاد راهکارهای سرمایه‌گذاری مناسب برای افزایش بازدهی منابع مالی شرکت.
• نظارت بر پروژه‌های سرمایه‌گذاری و ارزیابی ریسک‌های مرتبط.

نظارت بر امور مالیاتی و حقوقی:

• اطمینان از پرداخت به‌موقع مالیات‌ها و انطباق با قوانین مالیاتی.
• همکاری با حسابرسان داخلی و خارجی برای انجام حسابرسی‌ها.

مدیریت تیم مالی:

• هدایت و آموزش تیم مالی شامل حسابداران و تحلیلگران مالی.
• اطمینان از عملکرد کارآمد تیم و رعایت استانداردهای حرفه‌ای.

تدوین و اجرای سیاست‌های مالی:

• ایجاد و به‌روزرسانی رویه‌ها و سیاست‌های مالی.
• نظارت بر اجرای استانداردهای مالی در تمام سطوح شرکت.

مدیریت ریسک مالی:

• شناسایی ریسک‌های مالی و ارائه راه‌حل‌های مناسب برای کاهش آن‌ها.
• مدیریت بدهی‌ها و تعهدات مالی شرکت.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های حسابداری، مدیریت مالی، یا اقتصاد (ترجیحاً کارشناسی ارشد).
• حداقل هفت تا ده سال سابقه کار مرتبط در حوزه مالی؛ حداقل سه سال سابقه مدیریت مالی.
• آشنایی با الزامات قانونی و مالیاتی مرتبط با تولید و بازرگانی.

مهارت‌ها و توانایی‌های کلیدی:

• دانش عمیق در زمینه حسابداری، مالیات، قوانین مالی و استانداردهای بین‌المللی گزارشگری مالی (IFRS).
• مهارت در نرم‌افزارهای مالی و حسابداری مانند راهکاران و سروشان، اکسل پیشرفته و سیستم‌های ERP.
• توانایی تحلیل داده‌های مالی و ارائه گزارش‌های استراتژیک.
• مهارت در رهبری و مدیریت تیم.
• قدرت تصمیم‌گیری در شرایط حساس و حل مسئله.
• آشنایی با فرایندهای تولید و تجارت.

Main tasks:
1. Planning and Budgeting:
O annual budgeting and long -term financial planning.
O Supervision of allocating funds to various projects and sectors.
2. Financial Control and Supervision:
O Review and Confirmation of Financial and Accounting Reports.
O Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and compliance with tax and legal regulations.
O control of cash flow and working capital management. BR> 3. Financial Analysis:
O analysis of financial reports to identify opportunities and threats.
O provide analytical reports to senior management for strategic decisions.
4. Investment Management:
O Review and Suggest Investment Solutions to Increase Company Financial Resources Returns.
O Monitoring Investment Projects and Related Risk Assessment.
5. Tax and Legal Supervision:
O Ensure Taxation Time and Taxation Laws.
O cooperation with domestic and foreign auditors to perform auditors.
6. Financial Team Management:
O Financial Team Guidance including Accountants and Financial Analysts.
O Ensure efficient performance and compliance with professional standards.
7. Financing and Implementation of Financial Policy:
O Create and update financial procedures and policies.
O Supervision of financial standards at all levels of the company.
8. Financial Risk Management:
O identify financial risks and provide appropriate solutions to reduce them.
O Management of Debt and Financial Commitment of the Company.

Key skills and abilities:
BR> • Deep Knowledge of Accounting, Tax, Financial Laws and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Skills in Financial and Accounting Software such as Solutions and Sarshan, Advanced Excel and ERP Systems.
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic reports.
• Team leadership and management skills.
• Decision -making power in sensitive conditions and problem solving.
• Introduction to production and trade processes.

Conditions:
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or Economics (Preferably Masters).
• At least 1-5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years Financial Management History.
• Familiarity with legal and tax requirements related to production and business.
