کارشناس صادرات | Export Expert

شرح شغل:

• اجرای امورات بازرگانی بین‌الملل، بیمه، بازرسی، حمل‌ونقل و غیره.
• به‌روزرسانی پایگاه داده‌های مربوط به بخش صادرات.
• تنظیم و ارائه گزارشات ماهیانه شامل گزارشات مالی (مانده حساب مشتریان) و گزارشات فروش (مهندسی فروش).
• تنظیم پیش فاکتورهای صادراتی و پیگیری حساب مشتریان مربوطه.
• پیگیری درخواست‌های فنی مشتریان با بخش تحقیقات و کنترل کیفیت.
• اخذ ایران کد‌های صادراتی.
• برقراری ارتباط و مذاکره با مشتریان بین‌المللی و توسعه روابط تجاری.
• بررسی و تحلیل بازارهای بین‌المللی جهت شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید.
• پیگیری امورات گمرکی مرتبط با صادرات با نمایندگان شرکت در گمرکات عامل و نمایندگان مرزی.
• دریافت بازخورد مشتریان، ثبت و رسیدگی به آن‌ها.
• برقراری ارتباط مستمر با بخش‌های تامین، تولید و لجستیک در خصوص اعلام سفارش‌های دریافتی و هماهنگی جهت تحویل به‌موقع محصولات.
• ثبت و رهگیری اطلاعات در سامانه‌های مربوطه (NTSW ،EPL و سامانه ثامن).

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مهندسی مواد، مهندسی متالورژی، مدیریت بازرگانی یا مدیریت کسب‌وکار (مدرک کارشناسی در رشته شیمی مزیت است).
• آشنا با اصول رفتار سازمانی و اخلاق حرفه‌ای.
• مهارت‌های ارتباط کلامی و نوشتاری.
• مهارت‌های گزارش‌نویسی و گزارش‌دهی.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای مجموعه مایکروسافت آفیس از جمله ورد و اکسل (آشنایی با نرم‌افزار راهکاران مزیت محسوب می‌شود).
• با انگیزه، مسئولیت‌پذیر، متعهد و پیگیر تا حصول نتیجه.
• مهارت زبان انگلیسی و زبان عربی در سطح بالا.

Setting and Providing monthly reports including: financial reports (customer account balance) and sales reports (sales engineering)

following up customer technical requests with the research and quality control department

Establishing communication and negotiation with international customers and developing business relations
Reviewing and analyzing international markets to identify new opportunities
Following up customs matters related to export with company representatives in operating customs and border agents
Receiving customer feedback, recording and handling them
Continuous communication with the supply, production and logistics departments regarding the announcement of received orders and coordination for timely delivery of products
Registering and tracking information in the relevant systems (NTSW, EPL and Saman system)

Eligibility requirements:

Bachelor degree in industrial engineering or materials engineering and metallurgy or management / commerce / business (Bachelor's degree in chemistry is an advantage)< Familiarity with the principles of organizational behavior and professional ethics
Verbal and written communication skills
Having report writing and reporting skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office software including Excel and Word (Familiarity with the software is considered an advantage)
Motivated, responsible, committed, persistent to achieve results
English and Arabic language skills at a high level
