In Khodro45 Human Resources Department, we are looking for a motivated, responsible and capable person to play a key role in our compensation team. Salary calculations: performing the process and ensuring the accuracy and correctness of the payments and checking the differences and resolving the discrepancies
determining service compensation policies and performing relevant analysis: designing and proposing policies to improve employee satisfaction and cost optimization Supervision On the registration of supplementary insurance of employees: managing the registration process and ensuring compliance with insurance conditions and obligations
Collaboration with senior managers to design employee performance evaluation systems: participation in the development of fair and efficient systems for performance evaluation and employee incentives
Your daily activities in this role:
Reviewing and approving employment contracts and ensuring the accuracy of their information
Monitoring the salary payment process and reviewing related financial reports
Registering and following up on insurance requests Additional employees and interaction with companies Insurance
Checking and updating service compensation policies according to market conditions
Designing and implementing new welfare and incentive programs for employees
Required abilities:
Mastery of labor laws and Social Security Insurance: Thorough knowledge of relevant laws to ensure compliance at all stages
Mastery of payroll and operational matters: Ability to manage payment systems and ensure their accuracy
Skills in data analysis and work with relevant software: ability Using tools such as Excel and the solutions and traffic system of science and industry
