کارشناس ایمنی | Safety Expert

شرح وظایف:

• نظارت بر ایمنی پرسنل و پیمانکاران در مراحل مختلف اجرای پروژه عمرانی.
• تدوین و اجرای دستورالعمل‌های HSE.
• کنترل خطرات موجود در پرژه با توجه به ریسک‌های شناسایی شده و ارزیابی آن‌ها.
• تعریف اقدامات اصلاحی لازم در خصوص بهبود شرایط ایمنی در پرژه و نظارت بر اجرای صحیح آن‌ها.
• بازرسی مستمر از فعالیت‌های در حال اجرا و شرایط کار پرسنل و پیمانکاران در خصوص رعایت مسائل ایمنی.
• فرهنگ‌سازی موضوعات مرتبط با ایمنی پرسنل و پیمانکاران در محیط کار.
• ارائه آموزش‌های لازم و مرتبط با ایمنی در محیط کار.
• همکاری و ارتباط با ادارات مرتبط (اداره کار و اداره بهداشت و غیره) و بازرسان مربوطه در حیطه وظایف محول شده.
• ثبت آمار حوادث ناشی از کار و گزارش آن به ادارات مربوطه.
• ارائه گزارشات مورد نیاز به مدیر پروژه.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به تکنیک‌های مدیریت ریسک و شناسایی خطر.
• توانایی تجزیه‌وتحلیل حوادث ناشی از کار.
• تجربه کاری در زمینه پروژه‌های عمرانی.
• تسلط کامل به استانداردها، قوانین و مقررات ایمنی و بهداشت در پروژه‌های عمرانی.
• توانایی مدیریت بحران.
• مسلط به Word و Excel.
• تسلط خوب به زبان انگلیسی (توانایی مکالمه).

Description of duties:
1. Monitoring the safety of personnel and contractors in various stages of construction project implementation
2. Compilation and implementation of HSE guidelines
3. Controlling the risks in the project according to the identified risks and their evaluation
4. Defining the necessary corrective measures regarding the improvement of safety conditions in the project and monitoring their correct implementation
5. Continuous inspection of ongoing activities and working conditions of personnel and contractors regarding compliance with safety issues
6. Cultivating issues related to the safety of personnel and contractors in the workplace
7. Providing necessary training related to safety in the workplace
8. Cooperation and communication with related departments (labor department, health department, etc.) and relevant inspectors in the scope of assigned duties
9. Registering the statistics of accidents caused by work and reporting them to the relevant departments
10. Providing the required reports to the project manager


Required skills
1. Proficient in risk management techniques and risk identification
2. Ability to analyze incidents caused by work
3. Having work experience in the field of construction projects
4. Complete mastery of safety and health standards, rules and regulations in construction projects
5. Crisis management ability
6. Proficiency in Word and Excel
7. Good command of English (conversational ability)
