شرح شغل:
- مدیریت و پایش روزانه عملکرد وبسایت برای اطمینان از عملکرد بهینه.
- تحلیل و گزارش‌دهی عملکرد وبسایت با استفاده از ابزارهای اندازه‌گیری دسترسی و تعامل.
- آنالیز بازدیدکنندگان سایت و افزایش آمار بازدید.
- نظارت و همکاری در تولید محتوای وبسایت.
- نظارت دقیق بر عملکرد تیم سئو.
- آنالیز رقبا در فضای وب.
- همکاری و هماهنگی مداوم با تیم‌های بازاریابی، فروش و سوشال به منظور هماهنگی استراتژی‌های دیجیتالی و تولید محتوا.
- ایده‌پردازی و اجرای بهینه‌سازی مداوم برای ارتقای تجربه کاربری.
- حل مشکلات فنی وبسایت و همکاری با تیم‌های فنی برای رفع سریع آن‌ها.
- حفظ امنیت وبسایت.
شرایط احراز:
- آشنایی کلی با زبان‌های برنامه‌نویسی.
- آشنایی با UI/UX و طراحی گرافیک.
- تجربه کاری در مدیریت وب‌سایت‌ها در صنعت تجارت الکترونیک.
- توانایی مدیریت پروژه و مهارت‌های حل مسئله.
- آشنایی با ابزارهای مدیریت محتوا و تحلیل داده‌های وبسایت.
- مهارت‌های قوی در ارتباطات و توانایی کار تیمی.
- علاقه‌مند به توسعه، خلاقیت و مربی‌گری تیم.
We are looking for an experienced webmaster to lead and manage our website operations.
This role includes monitoring website performance, optimizing user experience and collaborating with various teams to ensure online strategies align with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Management and daily monitoring of website performance to ensure optimal performance.
- Analysis and reporting of website performance using access and interaction measurement tools. - Supervision and cooperation in the production of website content
- Detailed monitoring of the performance of the SEO team
- Analysis of competitors in the web space
- Continuous cooperation and coordination with the marketing, sales and social teams in order to coordinate digital strategies and Content production.
- Ideation and implementation of continuous optimization to improve the user experience.
- Solving website technical problems and collaborating with technical teams to quickly resolve them.
- Maintaining website security.
Competencies:
- General familiarity with programming languages
- Familiarity with Ui/Ux and graphic design
- Work experience in managing websites in the e-commerce industry.
- Ability Project management and problem solving skills.
- Familiarity with content management tools and website data analysis.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
