Description of duties:
1 . Selling tickets: managing and implementing the process of selling Dubai entertainment tickets through phone calls, Telegram chat and WhatsApp providing advice and complete information to customers about all types of tickets and Available entertainment packages
· Follow up and deal with customers' requests and questions to ensure their satisfaction
2. Customer relationship management: Creating and maintaining positive and constructive relationships with customers Collecting customer feedback and providing periodic reports to management Resolution Customer problems and complaints quickly and efficiently
3. Marketing and advertising:
· Cooperation with the marketing team to design and implement effective advertising campaigns.
4. Inventory and order management:
· Monitor ticket inventory and order management
· Collaborate with suppliers and business partners to meet inventory needs
5. Reporting and analysis: Preparing and presenting periodic sales reports to management Analyzing sales data and providing improvement suggestions to management >Working conditions:
· Combined (face-to-face-remote work)
· Working hours 06:00 to 12:00, 6 days a week

· At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the tourism industry or customer/user service
· Language skills: English proficiency at an intermediate level
· Familiarity with Dubai tourist attractions and entertainment and the ability to provide advice to customers
· Ability to use CRM software and familiarity with digital marketing tools and social networks
Skills:
· Ability to communicate effectively with customers, listen actively and provide appropriate answers to their questions and concerns
· Mastery of sales techniques, skills in negotiating and closing contracts
· Ability to simultaneously manage several tasks and ensure timely completion of tasks
