طراح محصول | Product Designer

در کارنامه طراحی محصولات یعنی خلق تجربه‌هایی که کاربران را به خود جذب کند. ما به دنبال یک طراح محصول هستیم که با مهارت و دیدگاه منحصربه‌فرد خود، در مسیر بهبود محصولات همراه ما باشد و تجربه کاربری را ارتقا دهد.

مسئولیت‌ها:

• طراحی و توسعه محصولات دیجیتال با تمرکز بر نیازهای کاربر.
• انجام تحقیقات UX (مصاحبه، تست‌های کاربردپذیری، تحلیل داده‌ها).
• ایجاد و نگهداری دیزاین سیستم.
• طراحی رابط کاربری (UI) و تعاملات محصول.
• طراحی نمونه‌های اولیه (Prototypes) و تست با کاربران.
• همکاری با تیم‌های مختلف (توسعه، محصول و بازاریابی).
• مستندسازی فرآیندها و تصمیمات طراحی.

شرایط احراز:

• بیش از دو سال سابقه کاری در طراحی محصولات دیجیتال.
• مسلط به تحقیقات UX و تحلیل داده‌های کاربران.
• مسلط به Figma.
• دقت و توجه به جزئیات در طراحی.
• داشتن خلاقیت در طراحی.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop digital products with a focus on user needs.
• Conduct UX research, including interviews, usability tests, and data analysis.
• Create and maintain a cohesive system design.
• Design user interfaces (UI) and define product interactions.
• Develop prototypes and conduct user testing.
• Collaborate with various teams, including development, product, and marketing.
• Document design processes and the rationale behind design decisions.

Requirements:

• Over 2 years of experience in designing digital products.
• Proficiency in UX research and user data analysis.
• Mastery of Figma.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design.
• Creativity and innovation in design.
