• جنسیت مد نظر: آقا. 
• مدرک کارشناسی ارشد یا دکتری رشته‌های مهندسی عمران یا مهندسی معماری.
• تجربه تصدی سمت‌های گوناگون مرتبط و مشابه (سرپرست کارگاه، مدیریت پروژه، نظارت، مدیریت تیم طراحی) در مگا پروژه‌های صنعتی و ساختمانی.
• توانایی مدیریت تیم‌های آتلیه طراحی، نظارت عالیه، اجرا و خرید و تدارکات.
• تجربه در مدیریت پروژه‌های بزرگ صنعتی و ساختمانی.
• تسلط فنی و مهندسی در فازهای مختلف پروژه و کنترل و مدیریت عملکرد تیم‌های طراحی، اجرا، نظارت و سازماندهی پیمانکاران و تیم‌های اجرایی.
• توانایی نظارت بر رعایت استانداردهای فنی و مهندسی و دستورالعمل‌های مرتبط با نظام مهندسی در فازهای مختلف پروژه‌ها.
• توانایی نظارت بر تهیه و کنترل نقشه‌های معماری، محاسبات فنی و دیگر مستندات مرتبط.
• مسلط به مباحث فهرست بها، متره و برآورد و بررسی و ارزیابی پیمانکاران.
• آشنایی با مواد، مصالح و اقلام مورد نیاز پروژه.

The ability to manage the atelier teams of design, supervision, execution and purchase and procurement
Experience in managing large industrial and construction projects
Technical and engineering mastery in different phases of the project and control and performance of the design, implementation, supervision and organization of contractors and executive teams
The ability to monitor the compliance of technical and engineering standards and guidelines related to the engineering system in different phases of projects
The ability to monitor the preparation and control of architectural maps, technical calculations and other related documentation
Mastery of the subject of price, meter and estimation and evaluation of contractors
