شرح شغل:

• انجام نیازسنجی آموزشی براساس شغل و شاغل به منظور تعیین نیازهای آموزشی کارکنان.
• تشخیص و انتخاب روش مناسب آموزش.
• برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی براساس نیازسنجی صورت گرفته و اهداف کوتاه مدت و بلند مدت آموزش به منظور تهیه تقویم آموزشی شرکت.
• تخصیص بهینه بودجه تقویم آموزشی تهیه شده بر اساس اعتبارات شرکت.
• تهیه و بروزرسانی شناسنامه آموزشی کارکنان بر اساس دوره‌های طی شده.
• هماهنگی با مراکز آموزشی مختلف بر اساس نیازهای آموزشی کارکنان سازمان.
• نظارت بر اجرای دوره‌های آموزشی.
• شناسایی اهداف آموزشی و در نظرگرفتن فرهنگ و نظام ارزشی در طراحی دوره‌ها.
• توصیف کارکردهای آموزش.
• تبیین نظریه‌های یادگیری در زمینه آموزش موثر.
• مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش‌های فردی و تیمی.
• ارزیابی موثر برنامه‌های آموزشی.

شرایط احراز:

• سابقه آموزش در حوزه نفت و گاز.
• تسلط کامل به زبان انگلیسی.
