• 7+ years of hands-on Android development in an agile team
• Published and supported one or more Android apps in the Google Play Store
• Proficient in Kotlin and Java
• Familiarity with modern architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVP) and design considerations
• Experience working with Git (branching, merging strategies)
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Firebase App Distribution)
• Experience with RxJava/Android, Kotlin Coroutines, dependency injection frameworks (Dagger/Hilt), and popular third-party libraries such as OkHttp
• Strong knowledge of RESTful web services and handling JSON data
• Understanding of Android Architectural Components, Lifecycles, LiveData

Requirements

1. Full-Time Commitment:  No concurrent jobs or major side-projects. Full dedication only 
2. Remote & English Proficiency: Able to work effectively with a global team and communicate fluently in English.

Compensation & Benefits

• 3-Month Trial: Approximately €700/month (±15%), depending on your skill set and qualifications.
• Post-Trial Increase: Potential salary adjustment after the trial period, based on performance and team fit.
• Seasonal Reviews: Each season, we conduct performance evaluations that can lead to incremental raises—potentially up to 150% of the initial rate over time.
• Remote Work: Five-day workweek (Sunday–Thursday), fully remote from anywhere.
• On-Call Compensation: Additional payment for scheduled support shifts.
• Flexible Onboarding: If you need a short transition from your current job, part-time overlap can be discussed.
