Occupational Target:
Complete Implementation of the Recruitment and Recruitment Process for Mira Company from Identification of Need to introduce the best candidates, focusing on key positions, especially in technology teams, and supporting other situations as needed. Key tasks:
receive and analyze the needs of recruitment from units managers and translate it as a detailed job description
Implementation of the recruitment process from zero to 100: Identification, Sursing, Resume Investigation, Coordination of Interviews, Coordination of Interviews Individual Communication and Choosing the right channel for any position
Creating and developing a strong communication network with talent experts and resources through events, associations and professional communications
Preparation and providing periodic reports on the status of recruitment and progress to the HR
Cooperation with the employer brand team to improve applicants' experience and promote "Miraf" Managers and domestic and foreign experts, creative use of a variety of recruitment methods, and analysis of initial data for quick and accurate decision -making.
Used tools:
ATS, Google Docs, Excel, Job Boards, Social Networking and Specialized Specialized Approach platforms. Direct Giving Human Resources Manager.
