- هدایت و نظارت عالیه بر تهیه و تدوین برنامه‌های راهبردی، تلفیق و تدوین برنامه‌های دوده‌ای و سالیانه متناسب با امکانات و محدودیت‌های زمان، بودجه، نیروی انسانی و تجهیزات ضمن رعایت قوانین و مقررات جاری شرکت و استانداردهای راهبردی شرکت.
