• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته مهندسی مکانیک (فارغ‌التحصیلان دانشگاه‌های برتر در اولویت هستند).
• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط (افراد دارای سابقه کار در صنعت پتروشیمی در اولویت هستند).
• تسلط کامل به نرم‌افزارهای تخصصی حوزه طراحی و ساخت.
• مسلط به تلرانس‌های عددی، هندسی و استانداردهای نقشه‌‌کشی.
• آشنایی با فرآیندهای ساخت.
• آشنایی با طراحی صنعتی و جانمایی ادوات.
• سابقه کار در صنعت پتروشیمی الزامی‌ست.
