• مسلط به نرم‌افزار Revit (بسیار مهم).
• دارای سوابق موثر و مفید در طراحی تاسیسات مکانیک در پروژه‌های متعدد صنعتی و ساختمانی.
• مسلط به آیین‌نامه‌ها و الزامات قانونی.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مورد نیاز طراحی تاسیسات مکانیک.
• مسلط به تهیه نقشه‌ها و عیب‌یابی تاسیسات مکانیک صنعتی و ساختمانی.
• داشتن پروانه اشتغال نظارت یا طراحی تاسیسات مکانیک از سازمان نظام مهندسی مزیت است.
