شرایط احراز:
- مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی معماری.
- محدوده سنی: 40 تا 50 سال.
- حداقل ده سال سابقه کار موثر در طراحی مجتمع‌های مسکونی، تجاری، اداری و صنعتی.
- مسلط به مباحث طراحی دکوراسیون داخلی و نما همچنین طراحی فازهای مختلف پروژه به ویژه طراحی فاز 2.
- مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای تخصصی معماری شامل (AutoCAD/Revit/V-Ray/SketchUp/3D Max).
- شناخت کامل متریال‌ها و روش‌های مختلف اجرا و تطبیق در زمان اجرای پروژه.
- توانایی رهبری تیم‌های طراحی در پروژه‌های صنعتی و ساختمانی در دیسیپلین‌های مختلف.

Degree: Bachelor and Above Architectural Engineering
Age range: 40 to 50 years
Experiences and Skills Required:
has at least 10 years of effective work in designing residential, commercial, administrative and industrial complexes
Mastery of different interior design and facade design / Sketchup / 3D Max)
Full recognition of various materials and methods of implementation and adaptation while implementing the project
The ability to lead the design teams in industrial and construction projects in different disciplines
