شرح شغل و وظایف:

• بررسی اسناد مناقصه و استخراج راهکار فنی با مشورت مدیر بخش و هدایت کارشناس مربوطه.
• بررسی فنی و مالی پیشنهادات و تطابق پیشنهاد تامین‌کننده با درخواست کارفرما.
• نظارت بر کارشناسان بخش مربوطه.

شرایط احراز شغل:

• سابقه کار در مناقصات در حوزه نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.
• جنسیت مد نظر: خانم یا آقا.

شاخص‌های کلیدی:

• حداقل هشت سال سابقه کار در گروه شغلی مشابه.
• مسلط به سیستم‌های مخابرات از قبیل مراکز تلفن، پیچینگ، اینترکام و Radio.
• آشنایی کامل با تولید مدارک مهندسی و بررسی اسناد مناقصه.
• توانایی مقایسه فنی برندها و استخراج بهترین راهکار.
• توان بالا در مذاکره و کار گروهی.
• تخصص در سیستم‌های نظارت تصویری، شبکه و حفاظت پیرامونی.

Job description and duties:
1. Examining the tender documents and extracting technical solution with the advice of the department manager and the guidance of the relevant expert
2. Technical and financial review of the proposals and matching the supplier's proposal with the client's request
3. Supervision of the experts of the relevant department
