شرح شغل:

• نظارت بر تمامی پروژه های طراحی و ساخت تیزر تعریف شده در داخل و خارج سازمان.
• مدیریت بخش طراحی کمپین های تبلیغاتی شامل ATL و BTL.
• نظارت و همکاری با آژانس های تبلیغاتی برای انجام پروژه های طراحی و یا ساخت تیزر.
• نظارت بر رعایت استانداردهای برند در امور طراحی و کمپین های تبلیغاتی.
• ارائه‌های ایده‌های خلاقانه برای پروژه های طراحی و ساخت تیزرهای محصولی.
• طراحی اقلام BTL مانند کاتالوگ و پوستر و یا سایر موارد مورد نیاز سازمان.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به Photoshop ،Illustrator ،InDesign.
• توانایی مدیریت تیم‌ و همکاری برای اجرای پروژه.
• روحیه کار تیمی.
• خلاق و ایده پرداز.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در آژانس‌های تبلیغاتی.

Job Description:

Supervise all defined teaser design and production projects inside and outside the organization.
Manage the design department of advertising campaigns including ATL and BTL.
Supervise and cooperate with advertising agencies to carry out design projects or make teasers.
Supervise compliance with brand standards in design and advertising campaigns.
Present creative ideas for product teaser design and production projects.
Design BTL items such as catalogs and posters or other items required by the organization.
Qualification requirements:

Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Ability to manage a team and collaborate to implement a project.
Teamwork spirit.
Creative and idea-driven.
At least five years of work experience in advertising agencies.
