• آشنایی با فرآیند های برنامه ریزی، تولید، تامین، انبار، مهندسی، نگهداری و تعمیرات، منابع انسانی،
لجستیک، کنترل کیفیت و تضمین کیفیت
• خلاق در بهینه سازی فرآیندهای سازمان و تعیین شاخص های پایش و اندازه گیری آن ها.
• اجرای راهکارهای بهبود جهت اثربخشی سیستم مدیریتی.
• تشویق و تقدیر از فعالیت های بهبود انجام شده توسط کارکنان یا کارگروه ها.
• ترویج تفکر مبتنی بر ریسک در تمامی سطوح و بخش های سازمان.
• تقسیم وظایف بین کارکنان زیرمجموعه و نظارت بر فعالیت های آن ها.
• آشنایی با برنامه ریزی کلان تولید و مواد اولیه و نظارت بر اجرای آن.
• آشنایی با تعیین نقطه سفارش مواد اولیه و اعلام به واحد انبار یا خرید.
• بررسی وضعیت تحقق اهداف و برنامه های مرتبط با واحد به صورت مستمر از طریق گزارش های
دریافتی.
• شناسایی ریسک ها و فرصت های مرتبط با فرآیندهای کارخانه و تلاش در جهت کنترل آنها.
• آشنایی با تدوین طرح کیفیت محصول شامل دستورالعمل های تولید، کنترل کیفیت و نگهداری
محصول.
• آشنایی با ظرفیت سنجی ماشین آلات و خطوط تولیدی.
• بررسی جانمایی ماشین آلات و جریان مواد در فرآیند تولید و همکاری در بهینه نمودن آن.
• پیگیری انجام اقدام اصلاحی یا پیشگیرانه به منظور حذف عدم انطباق بالفعل یا بالقوه.
• مشارکت و حمایت از کارکنان در فعالیت های بهبود.
• بررسی نتایج پایش و اندازه گیری فرایندهای مرتبط با کارخانه و اقدام جهت بهبود.
• ارتباط با پیمانکاران مرتبط با تولید یا کارخانه در خصوص الزامات مرتبط با محصول یا خدمات.
• شناسایی مشکلات تولید و ارائه راهکار جهت بهبود آن.
• آشنایی با فرآیند فنی و مهندسی جهت توسعه محصولات و پیشنهاد محصولات جدید.
• آموزش و رهبری تیم های اجرایی کارخانه
شرایط احراز
• بسیار خلاق، مسئولیت‌پذیر و علاقه‌مند به پیگیری فرآیندهای تولید.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه مدیریت کارخانه، تدوین چشم‌انداز و کشف روابط بین مسائل پیچیده
• تجربه در برنامه‌ریزی، بودجه و اجرای آن.
• مهارت‌های سازمانی مهم از جمله رهبری.
• مسلط به برنامه‌ریزی مدیریت نیروی انسانی.
• آشنایی کامل به استاندارهای مدیریت کیفیت
• خلاقیت و مهارت در طراحی بهینه فرآیندها
• خلاقیت و مهارت در مدیریت اجرای فرآیندها
• آشنایی کامل به فرآیندهای یک شرکت صنعتی
• توان مربیگری و طرح چالش در سطح فرد و واحد.
