این عنوان به متصدی شغلی اطلاق می‌گردد که شاغل آن تحت نظارت مدیرعامل شرکت وظیفه انجام فعالیت‌های انبارش مواد، تولید، کنترل کیفیت، انبارش محصول و تحویل و ترخیص محصول سایت تولیدی را بر عهده دارد.
شرح شغل:
- مدیریت پرسنل شاغل در کارخانه.
- دریافت خوراک و تولید محصول مطابق استانداردهای کنترل کیفیت.
- انجام امور گمرکی مربوط به ورود مواد و خروج محصول.
- عملیات نگهداری و تعمیرات تجهیزات خطوط تولید.
- بررسی نتایج پایش و اندازه‌گیری فرایندهای مرتبط با کارخانه و اقدام جهت بهبود.
- برقراری ارتباط با واحد بازرگانی در خصوص الزامات مرتبط با محصول یا خدمات.
- شناسایی مشکلات تولید و ارائه راهکار جهت بهبود آن.
- شناسایی فرآیندهای تولید و تعیین شاخصهای پایش و اندازه گیری آن
- تشویق و تقدیر از فعالیت‌های بهبود انجام شده توسط کارکنان یا کارگروه‌ها.
- ترویج تفکر مبتنی بر ریسک در تمامی سطوح و بخش‌های سازمان.
- تقسیم وظایف بین کارکنان زیرمجموعه و نظارت بر فعالیت‌های آن‌ها.
- دریافت سفارش‌های مشتری از واحد بازرگانی و ارتباط مستمر با مدیر بازرگانی جهت برآورده‌سازی الزامات مشتری.
- برنامه‌ریزی کلان تولید و مواد اولیه و نظارت بر اجرای آن.
- تعیین نقطه سفارش مواداولیه و اعلام به واحد انبار یا خرید با همکاری واحد طرح و برنامه.
- نظارت و همکاری در انبارگردانی‌های دوره‌ای.
- پیشنهاد راهکارهای بهبود به مدیریت عامل جهت اثربخشی سیستم مدیریتی.
- برنامه‌ریزی تحقق اهداف و برنامه‌های مرتبط با تولید محصول و برنامه‌های توسعه کارخانه.
- شناسایی ریسک‌ها و فرصت‌های مرتبط با فرآیندهای کارخانه و تلاش در جهت کنترل آن‌ها.
- همکاری در تدو ین طرح کیفیت محصول شامل دستورالعمل‌های تولید، کنترل کیفیت و نگهداری محصول.
- ظرفیت‌سنجی مخازن و خطوط تولیدی.
- بررسی تخصیص مخازن مواد و محصول و جریان مواد در فرآیند تولید و همکاری در بهینه نمودن آن.
- پیگیری انجام اقدام اصلاحی یا پیشگیرانه به منظور حذف عدم انطباق بالفعل یا بالقوه.
- انجام اقدام اصلاحی یا پیشگیرانه به منظور حذف مواد فاقد سند در کارخانه.
- مشارکت و حمایت از کارکنان در فعالیت‌های بهبود.
- بررسی نتایج پایش و اندازه‌گیری فرایندهای مرتبط با کارخانه و اقدام جهت بهبود.
شرایط احراز:
- مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مهندسی نفت، مهندسی صنایع، مهندسی مکانیک، مهندسی شیمی یا فارغ‌التحصیل MBA.
- اولویت استخدام با ساکنین استان یزد و شهرهای اطراف است.
