یک روز در زندگی…
• از تولید و توزیع پایدار و توزیع و توزیع آب و برق برای عملکرد کارخانه اطمینان حاصل کنید. یعنی بخار ، تبرید ، آب و تصفیه پساب ، کنترل هوای بهداشتی و هوای فشرده.
• مربی و توسعه Mange تیم اپراتورها/تکنسین ها مطابق با مدیریت Nestle بر اساس عملکرد روزانه
• مدیریت و رهبری تیم نگهداری با ارائه و پشتیبانی از نگهداری و بهبود (M&I)
• فنی فنی حرفه ای است در کارخانه فعالیت های عملیاتی که در هنگام شرکت در پروژه های CAPEX ؛ انجام این کار مطابق با راهنمای شرکت ها ، اجرای این امر که تمام فعالیت های M&I اهداف ، کیفیت محصول و عملکرد گیاهان/عملکرد را افزایش می دهد ضمن اینکه از سلامت و ایمنی افراد ، ایمنی محصول هرگز به خطر نمی افتد.
• مدیریت کیفیت ، محیط و داخلی و خارجی الزامات انطباق برای خدمات صنعتی از طریق فرایندها و روال های مدیریت و نظارت.
• ایمنی فرآیند و پرسنل را با توجه به کارخانه و تجهیزات خدمات صنعتی از طریق بازرسی های روتین و دوره ای ایمنی و دوره ای تضمین کنید حسابرسی.

• تجربه تبرید آمونیاک صنعتی یک مزیت است. با توانایی برقراری ارتباط صریح و صریح.
• سطح بالای مهارت انگلیسی هم نوشته شده و هم نوشتاری.

POSITION SUMMARY

You are responsible to keep running and make available plant all the time for efficient production and to run the mechanical maintenance section efficiently.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• Ensure highly efficient, quality, and sustained generation and distribution of utilities for the factory operation. i.e., steam, refrigeration, water and effluent treatment, hygienic air handling, and compressed air.
• Plan, perform, and manage design, modify, and improve to Industrial Services plant, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Mange Coach & develop IS operators/technician team as per Nestle governance on daily operation basis
• Manage and leading IS maintenance team by provide and support on maintenance and improvement (M & I)
• Professional technical in the factory for operational activities that during participation in CAPEX projects; doing so in line with corporate guideline, enforcing that all M&I activities enhance objectives, product quality and plant operations/performance while ensuring that people health and safety, product safety are never compromised.
• Manage quality, environment, and internal and external compliance requirements for industrial services through management and monitoring processes and routines.
• Ensure process and personnel safety with regard to industrial services plant and equipment through routine and periodic safety inspections and audits.


ARE YOU A FIT?
• Bachelor or Master in Mechanical Engineering
• Min 3-5 years’ experience in industrial Services engineering discipline, preferably in a food-related manufacturing Plant.
• Industrial ammonia refrigeration experience is an advantage.
• High commitment to Safety with a high understanding of safety and environmental principles.
• Personal relations based on trust and mutual respect combined with an ability to communicate openly and frankly.
• High level of English proficiency both written and spoken.
• Having a problem-solving mindset and teamwork spirit.
