• آشنایی با مفاهیم بنیادی برق، مکانیک و سازه ساختمان.
• آشنایی با حوزه‌های سرویس‌دهی و تعیین سطح سرویس.
• دانش و تجربه پیاده سازی KPIها به خصوص در حوزه‌های کاری امکانات.
• تجربۀ مدیریت در یکی از مواردِ حوزه‌های امکانات، مراکز آموزشی و یا دفاتر معماری.
• توانایی حل مسئله بالا و داشتن تجربه حل خلاقانه مسائل به صورت ساختاری و فرآیندی.
• آشنایی با بازار املاک در ایران و تجربه مذاکره در این حوزه به خصوص در خصوص ملک‌های با متراژ بالا.

ما در کارگزاری آگاه به دنبال یک مدیر امکانات هستیم که طراحی، ایجاد و نگهداشت فضاهای دفاتر مرکزی و شعب گروه آگاه رو به عهده بگیرد. به صورت خلاصه مسئول سرویس‌های ارائه شده و فضای فیزیکی سازمان در قالب آن به عهده مدیر امکانات است. در کنار این موضوعات مسئولیت راهبری گروه مدیریت تأمین کالا نیز از جمله مسئولیت‌های این سمت شغلی است.

نهایتاً به شخصی نیاز داریم که این مسئولیت‌ها را به شرح زیر قوی‌تر از پیش به جلو هدایت کند و جداً از اثربخش‌‌تر شدن فضای کار در کارایی کارمندان، در تقویت برند کارفرمایی و برند محصولی نقش به سزایی ایفا کند.

مسئولیت‌ها:
ارتقای ساختار بودجه‌ریزی تیم امکانات.پیشبرد و بهبود ساختار OKR برای تمامی ابعاد کاری تیم امکانات.بررسی اثرات زیست‌محیطی اقدامات گروه امکانات و برنامه‌ریزی برای کم‌رنگ کردن آسیب‌ها.برنامه‌ریزی تاکتیکال برای فعالیت‌های تیم امکانات در راستای چشم‌انداز، ماموریت و استراتژی‌های مدیریت امکانات گروه آگاه.تدوین استاندارد‌های ایمنی و بهداشت برای ابعاد عملیاتی تیم امکانات و ایجاد ساختار برای اطمینان از عملیاتی شدن این استاندارد‌ها.رهبری تیم متشکل از نیروهای تخصصی و نیروهای سرویس‌دهنده، بالغ بر 100 نفر و برنامه‌ریزی برای نگهداشت و رشد تمامی پوزیشن‌های تیم.مطالعات امکان‌سنجی روی برون‌سپاری و درون‌سپاری تمامی سرویس‌های تیم امکانات به خصوص حفاظت فیزیکی و تغذیه و عملیاتی کردن نتایج.تدوین مستر پلن املاک سازمان و انجام عملیات تامین فضاهای فیزیکی سازمان بر اساس آن در بهترین قیمت و در سریع‌ترین زمان متناسب با استاندارد‌های فضای فیزیکی سازمان.تدوین استاندارد برای زمان‌بندی و کیفیت ارائه‌ تمامی سرویس‌‌های تیم امکانات (مثل حراست، نظافت، تغذیه و رفع خرابی‌ها) و تدوین استاندارد برای دما، تهویه، صوت در فضاهای مختلف سازمان.
