مهندسان مشاور تهران رایمند، برای یکی از پروژه‌های خود، به یک کارشناس امور قراردادها و کنترل هزینه نیازمند هستند. 


شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی یا مالی.
• سابقه کار در پروژه‌های اجرایی.
• مسلط به قراردادهای پیمانکاری، شرایط عمومی پیمان و صورت‌وضعیت‌های پیمانکاران.
• مسلط به مقررات، ضوابط و بخشنامه‌های سازمان برنامه و بودجه.
• مسلط به قراردادهای خارجی.
• آشنایی با متره برآورد و کنترل هزینه.
• مسلط به ورد و اکسل.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی و واژگان حقوقی قراردادها.

توجه:

• استخدام به صورت تمام‌وقت و محل کار در دفتر مرکزی خواهد بود.
• استخدام از بدو شروع سال جدید و پس از تعطیلات نوروز صورت می‌پذیرد.

Tehran Ramand Consulting Engineers requires a contract expert for one of his projects with the following specifications:


1- Expert or Master in one of the fields of engineering or financial
2- At least 10 years of experience in executive projects
3- Mastery of Contracting Contracts, Public Terms and Contractors Statches
4- Mastery of Regulations, Regulations and Conducts Planning and Budget Organization
5- Mastery of Foreign Contracts
6- Familiar with Estimation and Cost Control
7- Mastery of Word Software, Excel
8- Under English and Legal Laws of Contracts

- Recruitment will be full-time and workplace consultant's headquarters in Tehran.
