شرح شغل:

• مشارکت در طراحی سیستم شناسایی و ارزیابی تامین‌کنندگان بمنظور تدوین و در دسترس بودن لیست تامین‌کنندگان مجاز.
• بررسی گزارش‌های مقایسه‌ای از نتیجه خریدهای قبلی و مشابه به منظور خرید با کمترین قیمت و بهترین کیفیت و به‌روزرسانی معیارهای ارزیابی تامین‌­کنندگان و امتیازات کسب شده.
• جمع‌آوری و صحت‌سنجی داده‌های مربوط به انجام ارزیابی اولیه و عملکردی تامین‌کنندگان مطابق با معیارهای مصوب به منظور به‌روزرسانی لیست تامین‌کنندگان مجاز و غیر مجاز.
• تهیه فایل فروشندگان و توزیع‌کنندگان کالا و ارایه‌دهندگان خدمات به منظور انتخاب بهترین‌ تامین‌کننده و حصول اطمینان از به‌روز بودن لیست تامیین‌کنندگان مجاز.
• تکمیل مدارک و مشخصات اقلام مورد درخواست متقاضیان با بررسی آن‌ها بر اساس ضوابط و دستورالعمل‌­ها به منظور انجام صحیح خرید‌ها.
• تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های خرید به منظور تهیه گزارشات تحلیلی در خصوص شناسایی نقاط بهبود فرایند خرید، روش‌های خرید و زمینه‌های تامین مورد نیاز.

شرایط احراز:

• سابقه کار در صنعت تلکام و شناخت اکوسیستم ICT.
• آشنایی با تجهیزات زیرساختی، پردازشی و ذخیره‌ساز.
• آشنایی با پروتکل‌ها و استانداردهای مهم صنعت ICT.
• آشنایی با فرآیند تامین خدمات و تجهیزات.
• توانمندی تحلیلگری داده محور.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر با تأمین‌کنندگان و ذی‌نفعان مرتبط.
• مهارت‌های مذاکره و مدیریت قراردادها.

- Participating in the design of the supplier identification and evaluation system in order to compile and make available the list of authorized suppliers
- Examining comparative reports of the results of previous and similar purchases in order to purchase with the lowest price and best quality and update the evaluation criteria of suppliers and points obtained
- Collecting and validating data related to the initial and functional assessment of suppliers in accordance with the approved criteria in order to update the list of authorized and unauthorized suppliers
- Preparing the file of sellers and distributors of goods and presenting them Service providers to choose from The best supplier and ensuring that the list of authorized suppliers is up-to-date
- Completing the documents and specifications of the items requested by the applicants by checking them based on the criteria and instructions in order to make the purchases correctly
- Analyzing the purchase data In order to prepare analytical reports regarding the identification of points of improvement in the purchasing process, purchasing methods and required supply areas

Certification conditions:

- having work experience in the telecom industry and knowledge of the ICT ecosystem
- Getting to know the equipment Infrastructural, processing and storage
- Familiarity with important protocols and standards of the ICT industry
- Familiarity with the process of providing services and equipment
- Ability to analyze data-oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and Relevant Stakeholders
- Contract negotiation and management skills
