سرپرست بازرگانی (ریلی) | Commercial Supervisor (Railway)

شرح شغل:

• نظارت بر بازاریابی صورت گرفته از سوی کارشناسان و جلوگیری از کاهش تنوع مشتریان.
• نظارت بر نحوه صدور صورتحساب‌های صادره، آرشیو تمام جزئیات اطلاعات عملکرد حمل و نحوه پاسخگوی به مغایرت‌های به‌وجود آمده با شرکت‌های طرف قرارداد و راه‌آهن ج.ا.ا.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به اصول بازرگانی خارجی و استفاده از ظرفیت‌های موجود در ترانزیت محمولات.
• اشراف کامل به مراکز بارگیری و تخلیه (چشمه‌های بار) و توانمندی در ایجاد ارتباط و اقناع مشتریان، صاحبان صنایع و کالا و فعالان اقتصادی داخلی و خارجی.
• آشنایی با تهیه برنامه حمل سنواتی و تبیین استراتژی بازرگانی جهت برون رفت از بحران‌های انرژی و تبعات منفی ناشی از آن.
• آشنایی با اصول قراردادهای حمل ریلی (بارگیری و تخلیه، حمل داخلی، ترانزیت و مشاوره).
• آشنایی با جغرافیای و فرآیندهای فعالیت‌های راه‌آهن (ادارات کل مناطق، نفرات ذیربط در بازرگانی، ادارات کل ستادی راه‌آهن).
• آشنایی با واگن‌های باری و اصول بارگیری و تخلیه.
• آشنایی با اصول حمل‌ونقل داخلی و خارجی.
• آشنایی با اصول اولیه سیر و حرکت راه‌آهن (مقررات عمومی حرکت و حمل کالای خطرناک).
• اَشنایی با فنون مذاکره و بازاریابی.

• Monitoring marketing carried out by experts and preventing a decrease in customer diversity.
• Monitoring the issuance of invoices, archiving all details of transportation performance information, and responding to discrepancies with contracting companies and IRI railways.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the principles of foreign trade and using the available capacities in transit of cargo.
• Knowledge of loading and unloading centers (cargo sources) and the ability to establish communication and convince customers, industrial and commodity owners, and domestic and foreign economic activists.
• Familiarity with preparing an annual transportation plan and explaining a commercial strategy to overcome energy crises and their negative consequences.
• Familiarity with the principles of rail transportation contracts (loading and unloading, domestic transportation, transit and consulting).
• Familiarity with the geography and processes of railway activities (regional general departments, relevant personnel in commerce, railway general headquarters departments).
• Familiarity with freight wagons and the principles of loading and unloading.
• Familiarity with the principles of domestic and foreign transportation.
• Familiarity with the basic principles of railway travel and movement (general regulations for the movement and transportation of dangerous goods).
• Familiarity with negotiation and marketing techniques.
