شرح وظایف:

• کنترل سیستمی روزانه گردش کالای ثبت شده در سیستم هر انبار.
• گزارش موجودی مواد اولیه، محصول و قطعات یدکی به صورت روزانه و کنترل موجودی.
• کنترل کدهای موجود مبنی بر درست تعریف شدن اطلاعات کدها و همخوانی آن‌ها.
• کنترل و ردیابی خرید و تهیه گزارش از هر یک از مواد اولیه و مقایسه خرید با دوره‌های قبل جهت ارائه گزارش به مدیریت.
• تهیه اطلاعات اولیه موجودی، کالاهای راکد و کم گردش، مغایرت مصرف مواد اولیه در سفارشات تولیدی به صورت ماهانه و سالیانه و ارائه به سرپرست.
• پیگیری و کنترل آوردهای سرمایه‌ای و تخلیه آن‌ها در پایان هر ماه.
• انجام انبارگردانی ماهانه و ثبت مغایرت‌های بوجود آمده و ارائه گزارش به مدیر.
• انبارگردانی پایان سال و تهیه صورتجلسه انبارگردانی برای هر یک از انبارها.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارشات موردی به درخواست مدیر.
