مسئولیت‌ها:

• جذب و استخدام: شناسایی، جذب و انتخاب نیروی انسانی شایسته بر اساس نیازهای سازمان.
• مدیریت قراردادها و اطلاعات پرسنلی: رسیدگی به امور مربوط به قراردادهای کاری و ثبت اطلاعات پرسنلی.
• تحلیل داده‌ها: جمع‌آوری، تحلیل و ارائه گزارش‌های دقیق و کاربردی از داده‌های مرتبط با منابع انسانی.
• پیگیری موثر: اجرای وظایف محوله با پیگیری دقیق تا دستیابی به نتایج مطلوب.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به فرآیندهای جذب و استخدام.
• آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات کار و امور قراردادها.
• توانایی کار با نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط با مدیریت منابع انسانی و تحلیل داده‌ها.
• دقت و مسئولیت‌پذیری بالا در انجام وظایف و پیگیری‌ها.
• آشنایی با ابزارهای مدیریت داده مانند Excel و نرم‌افزارهای منابع انسانی.
