مسئولیت‌های کلیدی:

• تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های جامع بازاریابی دیجیتال در کانال‌های مختلف، از جمله SEO، PPC، رسانه‌های اجتماعی، بازاریابی ایمیلی و بازاریابی محتوا بر اساس اهداف سازمان.
• طراحی و تدوین کمپین‌های بازاریابی دیجیتال شامل شبکه‌های اجتماعی، بازاریابی ایمیلی و تبلیغات آنلاین
• پایش و تحلیل رفتار کاربران وب سایت و شبکه‌های اجتماعی.
• پایش و تحلیل معیارهای کلیدی عملکرد برای ارزیابی اثربخشی و بهینه‌سازی کمپین‌های بازاریابی دیجیتال
• تدوین تقویم محتوا جهت وب‌سایت و شبکه‌های اجتماعی.
• همکاری با تیم‌های فراواحدی از جمله فروش، گرافیک، ویدئو، طراحی و توسعه محصول برای اطمینان از پیام رسانی و برندسازی منسجم.
• به‌روز ماندن در زمینۀ روندهای صنعت، فناوری‌ها و به‌روش‌های (Best Practices) حوزۀ بازاریابی دیجیتال.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های ماهانه، فصلی و سالانه به مدیریت.

شرایط احراز:

• تسلط کامل به سئو، ایمیل مارکتینگ، گوگل ادوردز، مفاهیم و ابزارهای شبکه‌های اجتماعی و دیجیتال مارکتینگ.
• مسلط به روش‌های افزایش ترافیک وب‌سایت.
• درک قوی از ابزارها و پلتفرم‌های بازاریابی دیجیتال (Google Analytics ،SEMrush ،Hootsuite و غیره).
• آشنایی با زبان‌های برنامه‌نویسی تحت وب.
• آشنایی با ساخت صفحات فرود.
• مهارت‌های تحلیلی و تفکر مبتنی بر داده.
• توانایی مدیریت چندین پروژه به طور همزمان.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی و بین فردی.

شرایط احراز شغل:

• محدوده سنی: 28 تا 38 سال.
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مدیریت بازرگانی یا مدیریت کسب‌وکار؛ ارتباطات، رسانه، روابط عمومی یا کتابداری؛ مهندسی کامپیوتر یا فناوری اطلاعات.
• سطح بالاتر از حد متوسط در زبان انگلیسی.

At Datis we are looking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and help us grow our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Editing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies in various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing and content marketing based on the organization's goals
- designing and compiling digital marketing campaigns including social networks, email marketing and Online advertising
- monitoring and analyzing the behavior of website and social network users
- monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and optimization of digital marketing campaigns
- compiling a content calendar for the website and social networks
- collaborating with Multi-unit teams including sales, graphics, video, design and product development to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies and digital marketing best practices
- preparation and presentation Monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the management


Required skills:
- Complete mastery of SEO, email marketing, Google AdWords, concepts and tools of social networks and digital marketing
- Mastery of methods to increase website traffic
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Familiarity with web programming languages
