شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با پروژه‌های حوزه نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی، صنایع معدنی و عمرانی.
• آشنایی کامل با اصول شرکت در مناقصات.
• مسلط به سامانه مناقصات الکترونیکی دولت (ستاد ایران).
• مسلط به فرآیند مناقصات در سازمان‌های دولتی و خصوصی.
• مسلط به تهیه پیشنهادات فنی و مالی مناقصات.
• تسلط کامل به اصول و مفاهم CRM.
• مسلط به امور تنظیم و فرایند قراردادها و برگزاری مناقصه.
• مسلط به شرایط عمومی، خصوصی و قراردادهای انواع پیمان‌های رایج کشور.
• مسلط به بخشنامه‌ها، قوانین، مقررات و آیین‌نامه.
• مسلط به سورسینگ و ارتباط با لایسنسورهای مورد نیاز بین‌المللی.
• مسلط به انجام امور اداری مرتبط با تضامین و رعایت جنبه‌های حقوقی آن‌ها.
• توانایی مذاکره و شرکت در جلسات پرسش و پاسخ و دیگر جلسات مرتبط با مناقصات دولتی و خصوصی.
• روحیه پیگیری و مسئولیت‌پذیری.
• روابط عمومی و فن بیان قوی.
• مسلط به مجموعه نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط.
• حداقل 15 سال سابقه مرتبط و مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.
