شرح شغل:
- دریافت استعلام کالای مورد نیاز از واحد فروش.
- جستجو و شناسایی تامین‌کنندگان موجود خارجی.
- برقراری ارتباط برقرار کردن (از طریق ایمیل، واتساپ، اسکایپ، ویچت، و یا هر نوع راه ارتباطی موجود دیگر) با تأمین‌کنندگان خارجی برای گرفتن قیمت و سایر اطلاعات مورد نیاز.
- تطبیق دامین ایمیل‌ها با نام برند یا وبسایت یا با تماس تلفنی با شرکت مربوطه یا روش‌های دیگر (توقف سریع فرآیند و اطلاع‌رسانی به مدیریت در صورت مشاهده عدم تطبیق).
- مذاکره بر سر قیمت با تأمین‌کنندگان.
- اعلام قیمت و شرایط حمل‌ونقلی و غیره (اعلام اینکوترمز خرید) به واحد فروش.
- تهیه و ارسال PO به تأمین‌کنندگان و همچنین درخواست PI و در موارد دریافت قبلی PI، درخواست تأیید سفارش از تأمین‌کنندگان.
- درخواست و دریافت مدارکی از جمله CI ،PL از تأمین‌کنندگان و همچنین درخواست و دریافت مدارکی همچون MSDS یا COA یا لیست اجزا تشکیل دهنده (Zutaten) (Ingredients) و یا HS Code در صورت تأیید فروش و لجستیک از تأمین‌کنندگان.
- هماهنگی با مدیریت مجموعه و در نهایت هماهنگی لازم با همکار مستقر در واحد هنگ‌کنگ یا چین و درخواست پرداخت کالای خریداری شده پس از دریافت PI از تأمین‌کنندگان.
- دریافت رسید پرداخت بانکی و ارسال آن برای تأمین‌کنندگان.
- هماهنگی با تأمین‌کنندگان در خصوص زمان ارسال بار و دریافت مشخصات، ابعاد، وزن و حجم بار ارسالی و سایر مدارک لازم با توجه به نوع بار.
- اعلام کلیۀ اطلاعات مرتبط با بار و همچنین زمان رسیدن آن به واحد فروش.
شرایط همکاری:
- مدیر مستقیم: سرپرست بازرگانی و لجستیک.
- مدت قرارداد آزمایشی: 1 ماه.
- ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: دوشنبه تا چهارشنبه 5 صبح تا 9 در منزل و 9 تا 14 در شرکت، پنجشنبه و جمعه از 5 تا 14 دورکار در منزل، شنبه از 9 تا 14 در شرکت.

شرایط احراز:
- مسلط به فنون مذاکره، اصول و مبانی بازرگانی.
- آشنایی با مکاتبات بین المللی.

- مسلط به زبان چینی و زبان انگلیسی.
- داشتن دقت عمل و رفتار سازمانی.
● Receive an inquiry for the required product from the sales unit.
● Search and identify available external suppliers.
● Communicate (via email, WhatsApp, Skype, WeChat, or any other available means of communication) with external suppliers to obtain prices and other required information.
● Match email domains with brand names or websites or by calling the relevant company or other methods (quickly stop the process and inform management if a mismatch is observed).
● Negotiate prices with suppliers.
● Announcing the price and shipping conditions, etc. (announcing the purchase Incoterms) to the sales unit.
● Preparing and sending PO to suppliers, as well as requesting PI and in cases of previous receipt of PI, requesting order confirmation from suppliers.
● Requesting and receiving documents such as CI, PL from suppliers, as well as requesting and receiving documents such as MSDS or COA or list of ingredients (Zutaten) (Ingredients) or HS Code in case of sales and logistics confirmation from suppliers.
● Coordination with the management of the complex and finally the necessary coordination with the colleague based in the Hong Kong or China unit and requesting payment for the purchased goods after receiving PI from suppliers.
● Receiving the bank payment receipt and sending it to suppliers.
● Coordination with suppliers regarding the time of shipment of the cargo and receiving the specifications, dimensions, weight and volume of the shipped cargo and other necessary documents according to the type of cargo.
● Announcing all information related to the cargo and also the time of its arrival at the sales unit.
● Proficient in negotiation techniques, business principles and fundamentals.
● Familiarity with international correspondence.
● Ability to work in a team.
● Proficient in Chinese and English.
● Having accuracy in action and organizational behavior.
