شرح شغل:

• تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های فروش و بازاریابی.
• پیاده‌سازی فرآیندهای فروش و بازاریابی.
• برنامه‌ریزی و هدف‌گذاری فروش شرکت.
• مدیریت و ارزیابی نیروهای فروش.
• ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی و دوره‌ای فروش.

شرایط احراز:

• چهار سال سابقه کار به عنوان سرپرست فروش در صنعت حمل‌ونقل هوایی.

شایستگی‌های تخصصی:

• آشنایی کافی با مدل‌ها، مفاهیم، استانداردها و قوانین حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی.
• آشنایی کافی با اجرای فرایندهای فروش در صنعت حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی هوایی.
• آشنایی با قوانین گمرک جمهوری اسلامی ایران.
• آشنایی کافی با شیوه‌های مختلف بازاریابی و فروش در صنعت حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی.
• آشنایی با شاخص‌های ارزیابی عملکرد واحد فروش و بازاریابی.

شایستگی‌های عمومی:

• قابلیت رهبری تیمی.
• توانمندی حل مسئله.
• آشنایی کافی با زبان انگلیسی.
• انعطاف‌پذیری.
• توانایی انجام مذاکره.

International Transportation Concepts, Standards and Laws
- Sufficiently familiar with the implementation of sales processes in the International Air Transport Industry
- Introduction to the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Rules
- Sufficient familiarity with various marketing and sales methods in the international transport industry
- Introduction to the Sale of Sales and Marketing Unit
