وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• پاسخ‌گویی به تماس‌ها و تیکت‌های کاربران و حل مشکلات فنی آنان.
• نصب، پیکربندی و نگهداری سیستم‌های کامپیوتری و نرم‌افزارهای مربوطه.
• انجام پشتیبانی فنی به صورت حضوری و از راه دور.
• راهنمایی کاربران در استفاده از نرم‌افزارها و سخت‌افزارها.
• همکاری با تیم‌های مختلف برای حل مسائل پیچیده‌تر و ارتقاء سیستم‌ها.
• مدیریت و مستندسازی مشکلات و راه‌حل‌های ارائه شده.
• به‌روزرسانی سیستم‌ها و انجام تعمیرات لازم.
• ارائه آموزش‌های لازم به کاربران در زمینه‌های مختلف.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 7:45 صبح تا 5 عصر.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کاردانی در رشته‌های مرتبط با فناوری اطلاعات یا تجربه معادل.
• آشنایی کامل با سیستم‌های عامل ویندوز و مایکروسافت.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی و توانایی حل مسئله.
• توانایی کار تیمی و مدیریت زمان.
• آشنایی با شبکه‌های کامپیوتری و امنیت اطلاعات مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer as if to the calls and tickets of users and solving their technical problems.

Installing, configuring and maintaining computer systems and related software.

Providing technical support in the form of In person and remotely.

Guiding users in using software and hardware.

Collaborating with different teams to solve more complex issues and upgrade the system.

Managing and documenting problems and solutions provided.

Updating systems and performing necessary repairs.

Providing necessary training to users in the fields Different.

Requirements and skills:
At least associate degree in information technology related fields or equivalent experience.

Complete familiarity with operating systems Windows and Microsoft.

Strong communication skills and ability to solve problems.

Ability to work in a team and manage time. Information security is considered an advantage.
