We are looking to grow our presence by participating in startup competitions and building strategic partnerships with accelerators and investors. Job Description: We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to help identify and apply for startup competitions, grants, and accelerators. This role also involves building relationships with investors and other key stakeholders to support our growth. It’s an opportunity to gain valuable international experience in the startup ecosystem. Responsibilities: • Research and identify relevant startup competitions, grants, and accelerator programs. • Prepare and submit applications, ensuring all requirements are met. • Craft compelling narratives and pitch materials that effectively convey our vision and impact. • Track application statuses and maintain a database of opportunities. Qualifications: • Intermediate English proficiency is enough (for example, IELTS 5 or higher). • No specific university degree is required, but an interest in learning about startups in Canada is essential. • Strong research and communication skills. • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
