مدیر مالی | Financial Manager

شرح شغل:

• تدوین و تهیه دستورالعمل‌ها، روش‌ها و استقرار سیستم کنترل داخلی و آیین‌نامه‌های مربوط به واحد مالی.
• نظارت بر تمام عملیات امور مالی، خزانه‌داری، حسابداری حقوق و دستمزد، حسابداری فروش، وصول مطالبات، حسابداری مدیریت، حسابداری خرید (کالا و خدمات)، حسابداری انبار و انبارگردانی و بهای تمام شده و اطمینان از یکپارچگی، دقت و انطباق با خط مشی‌ها، قوانین و مقررات شرکت.
• تهیه اظهارنامه مالیاتی، گزارش‌های مالی مربوط به بودجه، بدهی‌های حساب، مطالبات حساب، هزینه‌ها و نظارت و مدیریت روابط بانکی و مدیریت نقدینگی سازمان.
• ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی مالی به مدیریت در مورد جریان نقدینگی و دارایی‌های شرکت.
• نظارت بر ترازنامه، صورتحساب سود و زیان و گزارش‌های مالی ماهیانه و سالیانه.
• همکاری با حسابرسان شرکت.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل پنج تا ده سال سابقه کاری مرتبط در شرکت‌های بازرگانی (بازرگانی و واردات).
• تسلط و اشراف کامل به حسابداری مالیاتی، قوانین حقوق مالیاتی و دارایی و بیمه تامین اجتماعی.
• تسلط و اشراف کامل به استانداردهای حسابداری و بهای تمام شده.
• تسلط کامل به نرم‌افزارهای مالی.
• توانایی تدوین و استقرار استراتژی‌های مالی.
• توانایی مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی منابع مالی.
• توانایی مدیریت و راهبری سیستم‌ها و نرم‌افزارهای مالی، هدایت و کنترل تیم و تفکیک وظایف و چیدمان سازمان مالی مجموعه.
• خلاق، برنامه‌محور و متعهد.
• اخلاق حرفه‌ای و روحیه کار تیمی (توانایی برقراری ارتباط و تبادل نظر با افراد).
• قدرت مذاکره و فن بیان.

Having at least 5 to 10 years of related work experience in commercial companies (trade and import)
Complete mastery and mastery of tax accounting, tax laws and property rights and social security insurance

preparation of tax returns, financial reports related to the budget, account payables, account receivables, expenses and supervision and Management of bank relations and liquidity management of the organization
Presenting financial analytical reports to the management about cash flow and company assets
Supervising the balance sheet, profit and loss statement and monthly financial reports and Annual cooperation with the auditors of the company
