The Senior Public Relations Specialist at Khodro45 plays a key role in supporting the company’s brand communication efforts, with a focus on executing public relations activities, managing media interactions, and responding to public feedback—especially on digital platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in coordinating PR tasks in dynamic environments.
This position works under the guidance of the Marketing Director and collaborates closely with other departments to ensure consistent and effective communication across various touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer and Audience Communication
Implementing approved communication frameworks to respond to different types of customer feedback
Handling direct communication with online audiences through comments, messages, and other channels
Monitoring public sentiment and reporting insights to the Marketing Director
2. Media Coordination and Content Support
Preparing first drafts of press releases, news articles, and media statements based on provided briefs
Coordinating with media contacts to ensure timely coverage and distribution of PR content
Maintaining a database of media outlets, journalists, and past publications
3. Event Coordination
Supporting the execution of PR events, including logistics, guest communication, and on-site coordination
Assisting in the preparation of event materials and documentation
Gathering feedback and data for event performance reporting
4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency in messaging
Following up with internal stakeholders to gather information required for communication materials
Ensuring timely execution of assigned PR tasks based on internal timelines and priorities
Required Skills and Competencies

Requirements and Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications
