• تجربه در صنعت خودرو. 
• تجربه کافی در زمینه مدیریت عامل.
• مسلط به امور مالی و حسابداری.
• توانمندی در مذاکره.
• مهارت‌های رهبری و مدیریت منابع انسانی.
• آشنایی نسبی با نرم‌افزارهای ERP.
• برخورداری از شبکه ارتباطات سازمانی (ترجیحاً در خودروسازان).
• مسلط به فرآیندهای اجرایی تولید.
• آشنا با قانون تجارت و مسئولیت‌های حقوقی مدیرعامل.

شرح شغل:

• تحلیل محیط کسب‌وکار و بازنگری استراتژی‌های سازمان.
• تدوین و بازنگری لایحه بودجه.
• راهبری سازمان جهت تحقق اهداف استراتژیک و تحقق کامل لایحه بودجه.
• ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی مدیریتی در قالب داشبوردهای مدیریت.
• رهبری و ایجاد شوق در بخش‌های مختلف سازمان برای عملکرد بالا.
• تأمین منابع مورد نیاز.
• برقراری ارتباطات مؤثر و هدفمند با ذی‌نفعان خصوصاٌ شرکت‌های ساپکو، سازه گستر و مگاموتور.
• مشارکت و نظارت بر کمیته‌های فروش.
• بررسی و تایید صورت‌های مالی.
• نظارت بر عملکرد کارخانه.
• مدیر مستقیم: مدیرعامل گروه یا رئیس هیئت مدیره.
• مدت قرارداد آزمایشی: 3 ماه.
• تعداد ساعت‌های کاری: حداقل 9 ساعت.
• نیاز به سفر کاری: هفته‌ای دو روز مراجعه به کارخانه در شهر قم.
• پاداش و مزایا: پاداش عملکرد سالیانه.

● Analyzing the business environment and reviewing the organization's strategies. ● Compilation and revision of the budget bill.
● Guiding the organization to achieve strategic goals and complete implementation of the budget bill.
● Providing managerial analytical reports in the form of management dashboards.
● Leading and creating enthusiasm in the department. various organizations for high performance. ● Provision of required resources. ● Effective and targeted communication with stakeholders, especially Sapko, Sazeh Gostar and Megamotor companies. ● Participation and supervision of committees Sales.
● Review and approve financial statements.
● Monitor factory performance.
● Direct manager: Group CEO or Chairman of the Board.
● Duration of trial contract: 3 months.
● Working hours: at least 9 hours.
