طراح محصول | Product Designer

شرح شغل:

• تست عملکرد از محصول و کنترل کیفی آن.
• تهیه بک‌لاگ محصول و اولویت‌بندی تسک‌ها.
• تعریف نسخه بندی و پلن انتشار.
• توسعه نرم‌افزاری.
• برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت زمان برای تحویل به موقع یوزر استوری‌ها.

شرایط احراز:

• تسلط کامل به طراحی محصول (UI/UX) و ابزارهای طراحی مانند Figma.
• تسلط کامل به Jira و گزارش گیری اسپرینت‌ها.
• آشنایی با مفاهیم Agile و Scrum برای مدیریت پروژه.
• درک کافی از محتوا، فناوری‌ها و روندهای اصلی صنعت محصول.
• توانایی تجزیه‌وتحلیل نیازمندی‌های کاربران.
• توان مستندسازی بالا و تسلط به ابزارهای مرتبط.
• توانایی اولویت‌بندی مسائل و تحویل از آن تیم فنی.
• توانایی ایجاد و مدیریت Road Map.
• توانایی تطبیق اسپرینت‌ها با نقشه راه محصول.
• توانایی تحلیل و درک عمیق از نیازمندی‌های محصول و انتقال صحیح آن به تیم فنی.
• توانایی تحلیل سناریوهای مختلف محصول و در نهایت تبدیل آنها به User Story.

Complete mastery of product design (UI/UX) and design tools such as Figma
Product performance testing and quality control
Complete mastery of Jira and sprint reporting
Preparation of product backlog and prioritization of tasks
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum concepts for project management
Adequate understanding of product industry content, technologies and major trends
Ability to analyze user requirements
High documentation ability and mastery of related tools
Ability to prioritize issues and deliver from that technical team
Ability to create and manage Road Map
Software development
Planning and time management for timely delivery of user stories
Ability to align sprints with the product roadmap
Definition of versioning and release plan
Ability to analyze and deeply understand product requirements and transfer them to the technical team
Ability to analyze different product scenarios and finally convert them into User Story
