شرکت صنایع آرایشی و بهداشتی اژه فام قزوین ، فعال در حوزه تولید انواع صابون و محصولات بهداشتی، به‌منظور تکمیل تیم مدیریتی خود، از افراد واجد شرایط جهت تصدی سمت مدیر مالی دعوت به همکاری می‌نماید.

شرح وظایف:

مدیریت و نظارت کامل بر امور مالی، حسابداری و خزانه‌داری شرکت

استقرار، کنترل و بهینه‌سازی سیستم بهای تمام‌شده تولیدی

تسلط کامل بر نرم‌افزار سپیدار سیستم (ویژه شرکت‌های تولیدی)

تهیه و تحلیل گزارش‌های مالی، بهای تمام‌شده، سود و زیان و گزارش‌های مدیریتی

نظارت و اجرا در ثبت اسناد حسابداری، انبار، تولید و حقوق و دستمزد

تسلط کامل بر سامانه مودیان، سامانه جامع تجارت، اظهارنامه‌های مالیاتی و ارزش افزوده

ارتباط مؤثر با حسابرسان، ممیزان مالیاتی و سازمان‌های ذی‌ربط

کنترل موجودی‌ها، انبار مواد اولیه و محصول نهایی

همکاری نزدیک با مدیریت در تصمیم‌سازی‌های مالی و استراتژیک

شرایط احراز:

حداقل 5 سال سابقه کار مرتبط در شرکت‌های تولیدی (ترجیحاً صنایع شوینده یا بهداشتی)

تسلط کامل به نرم‌افزار سپیدار (ماژول تولید، انبار، حسابداری و حقوق و دستمزد)

آشنایی کامل با قوانین مالیاتی، بیمه و استانداردهای حسابداری

توانایی تحلیل مالی، مدیریت هزینه و بهای تمام‌شده

دقت بالا، مسئولیت‌پذیری و توان مدیریت تیم مالی

مدرک تحصیلی مرتبط (حسابداری، مالی، مدیریت مالی)

Description of duties:

Complete management and supervision of the company's finances, accounting and treasury

Establishment, control and optimization of the production cost system

Complete mastery of Sepidar System software (special for companies production)

Preparation of financial reports, cost price, profit and loss and management reports

Supervision and implementation in the registration of accounting documents, warehouse, production and salaries

Complete mastery of the taxpayer system, comprehensive business system, tax declarations and value added

Effective communication with auditors, tax auditors and related organizations

Inventory control, storage of raw materials and products Final

Close cooperation with management in financial and strategic decision-making

Qualification conditions:

At least 5 years of related work experience in manufacturing companies (preferably detergent or sanitary industries)

Complete mastery of Sepidar software (production, warehouse, accounting, and payroll modules)

Complete familiarity with tax laws, insurance, and accounting standards

Ability to analyze financial, cost, and total cost management Done
