ما در شرکت صنایع گلدیران به دنبال جذب یک کارشناس منابع انسانی با انگیزه و توانمند هستیم تا با یادگیردگی، خلاقیت و مشتری‌مداری به ما در خلق ارزشی منحصربه‌فرد کمک کند. در تیم گلدیران ما باور داریم در محیطی که نیمی از زمان بیداری‌مان را سپری می‌کنیم، همکار خوب داشتن بخشی از دلبستگی ماست.
وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:
- انجام کلیه فرآیندهای حقوق و دستمزد و محاسبات کارکرد.
- انجام مراحل جذب و استخدام و تکمیل پرونده استخدامی پرسنل.
- تکمیل و آرشیو قراردادهای پرسنلی و انجام محاسبات لازم.
- انجام کلیه امور مربوط به بیمه‌های گروهی.
شرایط احراز:
- آشنایی با قوانین کار و بیمه تامین اجتماعی.
- توانایی برقراری ارتباطات موثر.
- مسلط به نرم‌افزار راهکاران.
- مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس.
