شرح کلی موقعیت شغلی
سوپروایزر آموزش آنلاین مسئول مدیریت اجرایی و نظارت آموزشی بر کلاس‌های آنلاین، هماهنگی بین واحدهای مرتبط، ارتباط با والدین، کنترل فرآیندهای ثبت‌نام و تمدید، و تضمین کیفیت عملکرد تیم آموزشی و پشتیبانی است.


مهم‌ترین مسئولیت‌ها
مدیریت و پیگیری فرآیند برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی آنلاین از ابتدای ترم تا پایان
نظارت بر ثبت‌نام، تمدید دوره‌ها و هماهنگی صدور فاکتور و پرداخت‌ها
ثبت و به‌روزرسانی دقیق اطلاعات زبان‌آموزان در CRM و سیستم‌های مرتبط
برنامه‌ریزی و کلاس‌بندی زبان‌آموزان جدید و مدیریت جابه‌جایی یا تغییر زمان کلاس‌ها
ارتباط مستمر با والدین جهت مشاوره آموزشی، پاسخ‌گویی و حفظ روند ادامه آموزش
برگزاری جلسات گزینش و ارزیابی اولیه ورودی‌های جدید
ارتباط مؤثر با مدرسین، تیم پشتیبانی، منابع انسانی و واحدهای مرتبط
پایش کیفیت کلاس‌ها و پیگیری مسائل آموزشی و اجرایی
تهیه و به‌روزرسانی گزارش‌های آماری مرتبط با زبان‌آموزان، تمدیدها و فروش دوره‌ها

شرایط احراز
حداقل 5 سال سابقه کار سوپروایزری یا مدیریتی در حوزه آموزش
تسلط بر فرآیندهای اجرایی، پیگیری و هماهنگی چندبخشی
توانایی ارتباط حرفه‌ای با والدین و تیم آموزشی
دقت بالا، مسئولیت‌پذیری و مهارت حل مسئله
آشنایی با CRM و سیستم‌های اتوماسیون آموزشی (مزیت محسوب می‌شود)

General Job Description
The Online Education Supervisor is responsible for the operational management and academic supervision of online classes, coordination among related departments, communication with parents, oversight of enrollment and renewal processes, and ensuring the overall quality and performance of the educational and support teams.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and closely monitoring the delivery of online courses from the beginning to the end of each term
Overseeing student enrollment, course renewals, and coordination of invoicing and payments
Accurately recording and updating student information in the CRM and related systems
Scheduling and placing new students into classes, and managing class changes or schedule adjustments
Maintaining continuous communication with parents for academic guidance, inquiries, and retention of students
Conducting initial screening and assessment sessions for new applicants
Maintaining effective communication with teachers, support teams, human resources, and other related departments
Monitoring class quality and following up on academic and operational issues
Preparing and updating statistical reports related to students, renewals, and course sales
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the education sector
Strong command of operational processes, follow-up, and cross-department coordination
Ability to communicate professionally with parents and the educational team
High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and educational automation platforms is considered an advantage
