Analyze and understand the HR Blueprint Document with a focus on localization needs for the Iranian market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and adapt HR modules (Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, etc.) aligned with Iranian labor law, tax law, and social insurance regulations.
Lead the configuration and functional customization of the HR module in coordination with technical consultants.
Validate Payroll processing logic, salary structures, tax brackets, deductions, and ensure compliance with national and legal frameworks.
Work closely with end-users and stakeholders to gather and refine HR and payroll requirements.
Support development of localized reports such as monthly salary slips, insurance forms.
Conduct functional and integration testing to ensure the HR system performs accurately under real-world scenarios.
Prepare and maintain end-user documentation and training materials.
Deliver training sessions to HR and finance staff to ensure proper usage of the system.
Provide post-go-live support and help in continuous improvement based on user feedback.
Job Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of Iran’s labor law, tax regulations, and social security system.
Proven experience in the implementation or support of HR and payroll modules in ERP systems (preferably open-source or modular ERP platforms).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in functional process design and localization.
Ability to work collaboratively with business users and technical teams.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to compliance and data accuracy.
Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with HRIS/ERP platforms such as SAP HR, Oracle HCM.
Experience in HR digital transformation and process automation projects.
Familiarity with organizational structures, time and attendance systems, employee lifecycle management.
Strong documentation and user training capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Persian and English.
