کارشناس ارشد بازاریابی دیجیتال | Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

شرح موقعیت:

به‌دنبال فردی توانمند، خلاق، تحلیل‌گر و چندمهارته (مولتی‌تسک) با نگاهی استراتژیک هستیم تا به‌عنوان بازوی توسعه دیجیتال در کنار مدیرعامل فعالیت کند. این نقش مسئول توسعه زیرساخت‌های دیجیتال، شناسایی فرصت‌های رشد و پایش عملکرد تیم‌های دیجیتال در راستای افزایش فروش سازمان است.

مسئولیت‌ها:

• طراحی، تدوین و پایش کمپین‌های دیجیتال.
• تحلیل و بهبود عملکرد در بخش‌های کلیدی: تولید محتوا، سئو، وایرال، تبلیغات و PR.
• ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی و استراتژیک به مدیرعامل.
• همکاری نزدیک با تیم‌های فروش و بازاریابی برای هم‌راستایی استراتژی‌ها.
• تحقیق بازار و رقبا و ارائه پیشنهادهای توسعه‌ای.
• معرفی ابزارها، ساختارها و فرآیندهای بهره‌ور در تیم دیجیتال.
• مشارکت در جذب، آموزش و ارزیابی عملکرد نیروهای دیجیتال.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل 5 سال سابقه حرفه‌ای در حوزه دیجیتال مارکتینگ.
• تسلط کامل به ابزارهای تحلیلی (Google Analytics ،Meta Ads ،CRM).
• مهارت بالا در تحلیل داده‌ها و گزارش‌دهی به سطوح ارشد.
• آشنایی با ترندهای روز، مارکتینگ اتومیشن و فناوری‌های نوین.
• تجربه تعامل مؤثر با تیم‌های فروش و بازاریابی.
• توانایی مدیریت هم‌زمان چند پروژه و تصمیم‌گیری مؤثر.

تحصیلات:

مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در یکی از رشته‌های:

• مدیریت (MBA)، بازرگانی، مهندسی صنایع، فناوری اطلاعات، علوم کامپیوتر یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط

Position Description:

Looking for a capable, creative, analyst, and multi -task (multitasking) with a strategic look to serve as a digital development arm along with the CEO. This role is responsible for developing digital infrastructure, identifying the growth and monitoring opportunities of digital teams to increase the sales of the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Digital Campaigns Design, Developing and Monitoring
• Analyzing and improving performance in key sectors: Content production, SEO, Viral, advertising and PR

• Market and Competition Research and Development Suggestions
• Introducing tools, structures and productivity processes in the digital team
• Participation in the recruitment, training and performance evaluation of digital forces

qualifying conditions:
• at least 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing. Ads, CRM, etc.)
• High skills in data analysis and reporting to senior levels
• Introduction to daytime trends, automatic marketing and modern technologies
• Experience effective interaction with sales and marketing teams
• Multiple project management ability and effective decision -making
