Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Utilize various channels to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR matters.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Assist in the evaluation of training effectiveness and employee development needs.
- Support the performance appraisal process by providing necessary tools and guidance to managers and employees.
- Help identify performance improvement plans and facilitate performance discussions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Generalist or in recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (experience with [specific software, if applicable] is a plus).
