موارد زیر برخی از شرح وظایف و مسئولیت‌ این شغل است:

• بررسی نیاز جذب و استخدام واحدها و تعیین استراتژی جذب نیرو متناسب با شغل مدنظر.
• تهیه شرح شغل و درج آگهی‌های شغل در کانال‌های متناسب.
• ارزیابی اولیه و غربال رزومه‌های دریافت‌شده.
• انجام مصاحبه تلفنی و ارزیابی متقاضیان.
• شناسایی، برقراری ارتباط و جذب متقاضیان بالقوه با استفاده از کانال‌های جذب و رسانه‌های تخصصی.
• هماهنگی و برگزاری جلسات مصاحبه و پیشبرد فرآیند ارزیابی به طور کامل از انجام مصاحبه رفتاری تا بررسی سوابق شغلی متقاضیان.
• برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای پروسه آنبردینگ و آفبردینگ.
• ارائه گزارش‌های واحد جذب.

مهارت‌ها:

• شناخت و توانایی اجرای انواع آزمون‌های هوش و شخصیت و توانایی‌های ذهنی.
• مسلط به تکنیک STAR در مصاحبه‌ها.
• روابط عمومی بالا و فن بیان قوی.
• توانایی سازماندهی و مدیریت زمان.
• منظم، متعهد، وقت‌شناس، مسئولیت‌پذیر.
• توانایی هماهنگی و برقراری ارتباطات موثر با همکاران.

شرایط احراز:

• فارغ‌التحصیل مقطع کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد رشته‌های صنایع، مدیریت، یا رشته‌های مرتبط؛ یا فارغ‌التحصیل MBA.
• 5 سال سابقه مرتبط با جذب و استخدام.
• آشنا با انواع مصاحبه‌های رفتاری، موقعیتی و مبتنی بر شایستگی.
• آشنا با انواع شایستگی‌ها و تکنیک‌های مصاحبه.
• آشنا با شاخص‌های جذب و استخدام.تجربه کار با سیستم‌های ردیابی متقاضی ATS.

The following are some of the duties and responsibilities of this job: 1- Reviewing the needs Recruiting and recruiting units and determining the recruitment strategy appropriate to the intended job
2- Preparation of job description and posting of job advertisements in relevant channels
3- Initial evaluation and screening of received resumes
4- Conducting interviews Telephone and evaluation of applicants
5- Identifying, communicating and attracting potential applicants using recruitment channels and specialized media
6- Coordinating and holding interview sessions and advancing the evaluation process completely from behavioral interview to review Job records of the applicants
7- Planning and implementation of on-boarding and off-boarding process
8- Presentation of recruitment unit reports
9- Knowledge and ability to perform various intelligence and personality tests and mental abilities
10- Mastering the STAR technique in interviews

Skills:

1- High public relations and strong expression technique
2- Organization and time management
3- Organized, committed, punctual Knowledgeable, responsible. 4- Coordination and effective communication with colleagues Qualification conditions: Bachelor or Master degree in industrial engineering, management and MBA, psychology and Related fields
2 to 3 years of experience related to recruiting and hiring
Familiar with types of behavioral, situational and competency-based interviews
Familiar with types of competencies and interview techniques
Familiar with indicators Recruiting and Recruiting
Experience working with ATS applicant tracking systems
