We are seeking an Employer Branding Specialist to join our team in Ramzinex. As an Employer Branding Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing employer branding strategies to enhance our company's reputation and attract top talent. Your role will involve identifying the key aspects that make our company appealing to candidates and highlighting our unique qualities to differentiate us in the market. Join us in creating a strong employer brand that resonates with potential hires. This position requires full ownership of employer branding initiatives from idea conception to final execution. The Employer Branding Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening the company’s current employer branding momentum, which has shown significant growth over the past 2 years, while continuously improving impact and consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects from start to finish, ensuring the final product aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- developing creative ideas which engage followers on multiple social media channels; creating original content (graphics, videos) for each platform.
- Analysis of data to understand the performance of our marketing across different platforms (website,Social, Digital and Search), and using this to inform ongoing growth and improvement.
- Manage and drive engagement of the approved corporate recruitment social media platforms including LinkedIn.
- Work with and leverage external vendors to design and develop the appropriate content for approved campaigns or projects.
- Coordinate and support Employer Branding events both internally and externally
- Support the HR team in culture, employee value proposition development and employer brand development projects
- Partner with key stakeholders on key messaging and communication needs including supporting the scripting and writing of any internal communications and corporate messaging
- Constantly evolve and develop the employer brand by providing new fresh innovative thinking on both content and approaches
- Identify, develop, Track and measure progress on the development of the employer brand using the most relevant metrics to define success
- Proven strategic communication skills, able to work effectively with a widerange of internal clients and external partners
Requirements:
- Ability to write scenario text to produce video content for merchandise
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create
- compelling content that resonates with our target audience
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual
- storytelling
- Passion for creative writing, storytelling, and developing unique, original content
- for various audiences
- A keen interest and passion for building a strong employer branding, and a track
- record of building engaging marketing content either in personal or professional
- capacity
- Proven experience in writing compelling social copy, email campaigns, and blog
- posts
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to measure the effectiveness of
- our employer branding initiatives
- Some experience in using video and editing equipment
- Resourceful, able to think creatively and cost effectively
- Enthusiastic attitude and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
- knowledge of social media, with experience of managing website content and working with Google analytics is a Plus
