شریک تجاری سرمایه انسانی مسئول ایجاد و تقویت ارتباطات موثر بین واحد سرمایه انسانی و سایر بخش‌های سازمان است. این نقش شامل همفکری با مدیران و همکاران در زمینه مسائل مرتبط با استراتژی تیم، تسهیل مسائل و تعارضات تیمی، توسعه استعدادها و بهینه‌سازی عملکرد سازمانی است.

نقش شما در تیم شامل موارد زیر است:

• همفکری و راهنمایی به مدیران در زمینه استراتژی‌های تیم.
• بهبود شیوه‌ها برای جذب، توسعه و نگهداری استعدادهای تیم.
• جمع‌آوری و تحلیل داده‌های مربوط به عملکرد اعضای تیم و ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی به مدیریت برای اتخاذ تصمیمات استراتژیک.
• طراحی و اجرای برنامه‌های توسعه شغلی و آموزشی برای افزایش مهارت‌ها و توانمندی‌های افراد.
• همکاری با مدیران برای مدیریت فرآیندهای سازمانی و تسهیل انتقال فرهنگ سازمانی.
• کمک به حل تعارضات بین کارکنان و مدیریت از طریق روش‌های مؤثر مذاکره و میانجی‌گری.
• ترویج فرهنگ تنوع و شمول در محیط کار و اطمینان از رعایت سیاست‌های مربوط به تنوع.

نیازمندی‌های این شغل شامل موارد زیر است:

• آشنایی با قوانین کار.
• مهارت‌های قوی در تحلیل داده‌ها و گزارش‌دهی.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط مؤثر با تمامی سطوح سازمان.
• مسلط به فرایند جذب و استخدام، ارزیابی عملکرد.
• حداقل سه سال تجربه کاری مرتبط در حوزه سرمایه انسانی.

The Human Capital Business Partner is responsible for creating and strengthening effective communication between the Human Capital Unit and other departments of the organization. This role includes thinking together with managers and colleagues on issues related to team strategy, facilitating team issues and conflicts, developing talents and optimizing organizational performance.



Your role in the team includes The following are:

- Collaborating and guiding managers on team strategies

- Improving practices to attract, develop and retain team talent

- Data collection and analysis related to the performance of team members and providing analytical reports To management to make strategic decisions

- Designing and implementing career and educational development programs to increase people's skills and capabilities

- Cooperating with managers to manage organizational processes and facilitate the transfer of organizational culture< br>
- helping to resolve conflicts between employees and management through effective negotiation and mediation methods

- promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and ensuring compliance with diversity policies
The requirements of this job include the following It is:

- Familiarity with labor laws

- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting

- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization >- Proficient in recruitment and hiring process, performance evaluation

- At least 3 years of related work experience in the field of human capital
