Key Responsibilities
• Analyze customer data, including purchase patterns, feedback, and engagement metrics, to identify actionable insights that enhance Snappmarket’s online grocery experience.
• Collaborate closely with customer experience, marketing, product, and logistics teams to understand data needs and deliver impactful analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI that visualize customer KPIs, operational performance, and business metrics.
• Extract and manipulate data using advanced SQL Server queries for detailed analysis and reporting.
• Create real-time data visualization dashboards with Grafana to monitor customer experience and operational health.
• Support experimentation and customer journey analyses through data modeling and statistical insights.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders to drive customer-focused decisions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, ideally in e-commerce, online grocery, or customer experience analytics.
• Proficiency in Power BI for building dashboards and automating reports.
• Strong SQL skills with experience querying and optimizing SQL Server databases.
• Understanding of customer experience frameworks and metrics.
