شرح موقعیت شغلی:
- نظارت کامل بر طراحی و راه‌اندازی خط تولید محصولات سرمایشی مطابق با استانداردهای صنعتی و بهره‌وری عملیاتی.
- انجام تحقیقات بازار در مراحل اولیه جهت شناسایی محصولات دارای پتانسیل تولید بر اساس نیاز بازار.
- مدیریت روزانه عملیات تولید با تمرکز بر عملکرد بهینه و کنترل کیفیت.
- همکاری نزدیک با تیم‌های مهندسی برای توسعه راه‌حل‌های نوآورانه با هدف بهبود عملکرد و بهره‌وری انرژی.
- رهبری و آموزش نیروهای تولید و ایجاد فرهنگ بهبود مستمر و حل مسئله فعال.
- برنامه‌ریزی و کنترل زمان‌بندی تولید جهت تحویل به موقع و کاهش ضایعات و توقف‌ها.
- پایش مستمر شاخص‌های عملکرد تولید و اعمال اقدامات اصلاحی در صورت نیاز.
- اطمینان از رعایت کامل الزامات ایمنی و استانداردهای محیط تولید.
- هماهنگی با واحدهای تامین و تدارکات برای تامین به موقع مواد اولیه و قطعات مورد نیاز.
- مدیریت پروژه‌های مرتبط با تولید، شامل کنترل بودجه، زمان‌بندی و منابع در راستای معرفی محصولات جدید یا ارتقای خط تولید.
شرایط احراز:
- مدرک کارشناسی در رشته مهندسی مکانیک.
- حداقل 5 سال سابقه کاری مرتبط در زمینه راه‌اندازی و مدیریت خط تولید محصولات سرمایشی.
- مسلط به سیستم‌ها و فناوری‌های سرمایشی.
- توانایی تحلیل بازار و شناسایی فرصت‌های توسعه محصول.
- تجربه موفق در مدیریت پروژه و رهبری تیم‌های چندوظیفه‌ای.
- روحیه کارآفرینی، نوآوری و انعطاف‌پذیری بالا.
- مهارت حل مسئله و تصمیم‌گیری تحت فشار با رویکرد مبتنی بر داده.
- توانایی مدیریت تیم‌های متنوع در محیط های پرچالش.
- آشنایی با اصول تولید ناب (Lean Manufacturing) و بهبود مستمر.

Job Description:
- Oversee the design and launch of the refrigeration product production line by industry standards and operational efficiency.
- Conduct market research at early stages to identify products with potential for production based on market needs.
- Manage daily production operations with a focus on optimal performance and quality control.
- Work closely with engineering teams to develop innovative solutions to improve performance and energy efficiency.
- Lead and train production forces and create a culture of continuous improvement and active problem solving.
- Plan and control production scheduling to ensure on-time delivery and reduce waste and downtime.
- Continuously monitor production performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure full compliance with safety requirements and production environment standards.
- Coordinate with supply and logistics units to ensure the timely supply of required raw materials and parts.
- Manage production-related projects, including budget, schedule, and resource control in order to introduce new products or upgrade the production line.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in setting up and managing a refrigeration product production line.
- Proficient in refrigeration systems and technologies.
